We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on most physical goods within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• The item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and documentation included

• You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice number or confirmation email)

• The return request is submitted within 30 days of your delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

• Perishable goods and consumables

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Contaminated or used or handled medical equipment (for safety reasons)

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Refundable” or otherwise specified as not eligible for return or refund at the time of purchase

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact us at customersupport@zahvo.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number or invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Step 2 — We'll respond with an approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or a denial, or a request for more information, or instructions.

Step 3 — For an approved return, securely package your item(s) and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Inside the shipment package be sure to include your name, email address, phone number, and order invoice number.

Step 4 — Ship the parcel to the return address provided by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 5 — Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect the item(s), and if all the requirements are met, we'll process your refund.

3. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please allow the following timeframes after we confirm your refund:

• Credit / debit card: approximately 10 business days (depending on your card issuer)

• PayPal: 3–5 business days

• Shop Pay / Buy Now Pay Later: refund applied to your installment plan

• Gift card: credited back to the original gift card within 24 hours

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned with missing accessories or packaging, or shows signs of use.

If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us — processing times vary.

Your payment method may show “Zavoca Company”, which is the parent company of the ZAHVOTM brand.

4. EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is higher in value, you'll be charged the difference. If it's lower, a partial refund may be issued.

5. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of:

• A full refund to your original payment method

• A free replacement (subject to stock availability)

• Store credit for the full order value

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging when you first get in touch.

6. SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a fault or incorrect item.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order free of charge provided it has not yet been fulfilled and dispatched. To cancel, email us at customerservice@zahvo.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, please follow the returns process once it is delivered.
